Using weaver ants and their eggs to remake original recipes
Weaver ants are rich in proteins of the highest quality and they can easily replace any traditional meat, which has proven countless times to be a source of unhealthy fat. Like many edible bugs, you can eat them in lots of different ways: as an appetizer (in the same way that you could eat peanuts) or added inside salads to improve its flavor thanks to the spicy taste of weeaver ants. And if you are not shy about food, you can gobble them fried with just a pinch of salt and pepper along with a garlic dressing. And last but not least, you could even add them into an omelet, a cake or a soup.

A utiliser comme condiment
Très bon ! Un petit goût salé agréable. Mais sans intérêt seules. A utiliser plutôt comme un condiment, par exemple je les essayerai bien dans une vinaigrette :-)
