Indeed, strawberry is basically a sweet fruit. Sweet and tangy as it melts in the mouth. Whereas edible ants are spicy and crunchy when you bite into them. So combining them was not easy, to say the least. And mixing them perfectly, we did! The smooth taste of strawberry with the crispy and crunchy ants into a surprising and original association can only be found in our french made lollipops.
Our Master Cook has indeed unleached his culinary vision and left his heart do the cooking in order to make something really special for all of us, a lollipop to surpass all others : our Strawberry & Ants lollipops.
