You feel ready to taste your first edible bugs? You want to make an unusual gift? You want to know more about our delivery options before ordering from us?
All our deliveries are made by cardboard packages sent through french postal services. Your package will be sent using international tracking services, giving the opportunity to track your order step by step of the way. From the moment you order to the moment you receive your package, you will be able to get detailed informations about your order through your Account, on our website.
When you package is sent, a tracking number will be forwarded to you. By using this tracking number on the French postal services’ website, you will get every informations pertaining to your order. From the moment you place your order to the moment you get your package, maximum of one week (in France) to two weeks (in Europe).

I want to use coupons or a discount voucher
You received a coupon through one of our special offer? Our customer service have gifted you with a discount voucher but you don’t know what to do with it?
You can use your coupons or your discount vouchers to buy anything on this website. You just need to input your promotional code when you go through with your order.
Small reminder about your coupons and discount vouchers, they have a limited in time. Temper to check the validity date if you don’t want to lose it!
Another thing is, if your total amount for an order is below the total amount of coupons or discount vouchers, you will lose the difference.

What are the different payment options?
We accept Paypal, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, check and wire transfert.
When you choose to pay your order by credit card, debit card or American express you will be asked to input its serial, validity date and cipher code.
Paypal payment is easier : you will just need to input your email address and password and it is done. But you also can choose Paypal as a way to use  your debit card without having a paypal account : just follow the instruction as they will appear on your screen.
If you choose wire transfers or check, you only need to follow the instruction as they will appear on your screen. Fill the check with the address given to you and by wire, use the bank account informations you will be provided with.
As for every serious payment solution on the internet, when you go through the payment method of your choice, you will see on the left corner of your URL address a small padlock icon. It means your transaction is secure.

Regularly consumed by over 2 billion people across the world, edible bugs are a healthy source of protein, vitamins and iron. Particularly loved in Asia, where bugs have been on the menu for centuries, insects are also our passion and that’s where our breeding farm is located, in Thailand.
Our bugs breeding farm is managed by French experts especially sent abroad for this task.
Our bugs go regularly through thorough health tests first in Thailand during their growing phase and once again in laboratories upon their arrival in France.
Our bugs are raised outdoors and fed with organic products (fruits and vegetables) as well as with vitamins drawn from water. Temperature and natural lights are ideal conditions for bugs to grow and we find plenty in Thailand.

I want to know how your bugs are processed and packaged? Are they alive when I receive them?
No, they definitely are not alive. 
Our edible insects are ready to eat though. That is to say, they underwent through a complete process of dehydration before being packaged.
First, they are frozen and then boiled and dried in order for them to be kept edible for a long period of time (on average, 6 to 12 months). Some of our edible bugs have already been seasoned, you can eat them as they are for a aperitif or add them to your recipes.

Do allergies to edible bugs exist?
On each  product page, you will find detailed recommandations and specific information about insect consomption. As a safety measure, we invite everybody allergic to shellfish to avoid consomption of edible bugs.

 I have questions about my open order
I would like to track my order
You just ordered and you want to track it?
Visit your « My Account » page. You will be able to view your past orders as well as all the tracking informations pertaining to your open order.
When your package is shipped, a tracking number will be added. Copy / paste this tracking number on the French Postal Services website and you will get even more detailed information on your order.
Note that the average time between your payment and the delivery of your order is around one week.

You didn’t expect your bugs to taste the way they do? Or they don’t match your expectations?

You are asking for a refund
You have made a purchase on our website but you would like to return it unopened before asking for a refund?
We will automatically refund all unopened order that are returned to us in perfect conditions and within a 15 days limit to any customer who requests it.
If you want to return your products unopened and ask for a refund, please contact us.

I would like a invoice, where do I find it?
Easy. Go to your Account page, you will find a link to print your invoice.

I forgot my password, how can I get access to my account again?
You lost your password and you want to get another one?
Go to your Account page, look for « Forgotten Password ». Input your email address. You will receive a confirmation email in the following 10 minutes. Follow the instructions written in this email.
